Traditional Croatian Goulash


500g Beef
2 chopped Onions
2 chopped Carrots
2 cloves Garlic

200ml Red Wine
2 Litres Water
3 tbs Mustard
1tbsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Paprika
2 tbs Vegetable Oil
