Cottage Cheese And Feta Stuffed Peppers

Instructions
Cut the peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds.
In a bowl combine 3.5 oz (100 grams) Feta cheese, 7 oz (200 grams) cottage cheese, 1 tbsp chopped chives (optional), 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional), 1/4 tsp salt (more or less to taste) and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
Fill the peppers with the mixture. Top with chopped chives and parsley.
Serve.
