Shatkora (also known as satkora or hatkhora) is a fragrant, wild citrus fruit native to the Sylhet region of northeastern Bangladesh. Resembling a knobby, thick-skinned orange or lime, it is prized for its highly aromatic, tangy, and slightly bitter flavor, and is primarily used to elevate heavy meat curries.
